Last Thursday evening, over 92 staff members were recognized for years of service ranging from 5 to 45 years at The CV Rich Mansion in White Plains. These individuals touch every corner of our organization; from our Children’s School for Early Development, Recreation and Respite department, Residential services, Foundation and more!

In addition, we bid farewell to 5 retirees and presented the Virginia Donovan Excellence in Service Award to 8 individuals who have gone above and beyond in fulfilling our mission. These awards included our: Team Award, Rising Star Awards, and the Promoting Independence Award. Executive Director/CEO Tibi Guzman, President Joseph Cassarini, and members of the Board of Directors were on hand to present the awards at the buffet dinner.

Each and every one of these individuals plays and important role in The Arc Westchester family and we thank them for their dedication in supporting people with developmental disabilities.
