Behavioral Services Initiatives
Members of The Arc Westchester’s Behavioral Services Team were thrilled to attend the New York State Association for Behavior Analysis’s (NYSABA) 33rd Annual Conference in Albany at the end of October. The conference was a great learning opportunity for us as we strive to continuously enhance our behavioral services throughout The Arc Westchester. Jessica Basir (Supervisor of Behavioral Services), Katherine Wells (Residential Behavior Specialist), and Todd Merritt (Director of Behavioral Services and Staff Training) were fortunate to present a poster that highlighted some of the exciting outcomes of one of our behavioral services strategic initiatives currently being piloted and we hope to be able to continue to share the amazing work being done at The Arc Westchester in the future!
