TREATMENT COORDINATOR/Sub Driver
Description:
- Develop, coordinate and implement consumer habilitation plans in accordance with their Individual Service Plan or Comprehensive Functional Assessment.
- Overall supervision of assigned staff including ensuring all required documentation is accurate and completed in a timely fashion. Assure maintenance of health and safety standards within facility including adequate staff coverage and physical plant and has the responsibility of transporting consumers to and from program on an ongoing substitute basis.
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a related field, minimum one-year experience with DD population and a valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Supervisory experience preferred.

QIDP RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Description:
- The QIDP Residential Program Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Clinical Team Leader and will manage operations and complete QIDP responsibilities for assigned residential programs.
- Management responsibilities include: The supervision of Assistant Manager and other DSP staff, ensuring the physical, social, and emotional needs of the people that live in the house are met and maintain a safe environment.
- As QIDP, will be responsible for the development, implementation and revision of residential habilitation plans, Individualized Plans of Protective Oversight (IPOP) and monthly notes for all people living in the homes. This include the oversight of the implementation of the plans, data collection and training the DSP staff on all new and revised plans.
Requirements:
- Requires Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, or related Human Services field. OR a minimum of 7years experience as a QIDP.
- Master’s degree preferred. At least two(2) years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD).
- At least 5 years experience in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
Salary/Pay:
$17.50/hr
Residential Services Director
Description:
- The Residential Services Director oversees the delivery of services to individuals living in assigned residences and assist with ongoing operations of the Residential Department. Ensures the delivery of person-centered residential services. Ensures that services are provided and documented as per government regulations, laws and agency policy, and that billing requirements are met. Supervises Program Directors, Clinical Team Leaders and Community Living Coordinators. Be available 24/7 for emergency situations and incident management.
Requirements:
- Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Public or Health Administration or a related human services field plus at least 3 years of related supervisory or management experience and at least 2 years of clinical experience.
- OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, with at least 10 years of management experience in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities with significant administrative experience overseeing multiple residential programs. Knowledge of developmental disabilities and the delivery of person centered esidential, habilitation and healthcare services. Ability to effectively communicate professionally, supervise, mentor and train staff; as well as effectively prioritize, delegate and complete multiple assignments in a timely manner.

REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities:
- Provide meaningful instruction to program participants in assigned Day Habilitation Programs.
- Develop and implement community based/in-house programming in accordance with program participants needs, preferences, and desires as per their Life Plan.
- Act as the liaison for the Behavior Specialist assigned to the program. Under the supervision of a qualified Behavior Specialist (i.e. BCBA or LBA) assist with the completion of functional behavioral assessments and the development of person-centered behavioral support plans in assigned programs.
- Assist the Behavior Specialist with summarizing behavioral data, training employees in the areas of applied behavior analysis, and implementation of The Arc Westchester’s strategic initiatives as they relate to behavioral services.
- Provide all services in accordance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Requires a High School Diploma/GED, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid NYS driver’s license required.
- This position is an entry level position for the department.
- One (1) year experience working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of applied behavior analysis and basic computer skills including Word and Excel required.

ASSISTANT RESIDENCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisors in overseeing all aspects of the residential program and all direct care staff. Ensures the residents’ physical, social, emotional, communication, safety, and independent living needs are properly addressed and all policies and regulations are adhered to in the residence.
Requirements:
- Requires HS Diploma, a valid NYS driver’s license, 1-year experience working in a residential setting, and good computer skills
