Every December, our Board of Directors and Administration gather to celebrate the dedicated service of our staff during our Annual Staff Recognition Night. This year, we were delighted to come together at The Whitby Castle in Rye on December 4 for an evening filled with gratitude, appreciation, and celebration.

On behalf of the Board of Directors, Administration, and the families and individuals with developmental disabilities who rely on our support, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our employees for their unwavering commitment. We also congratulate those who retired in 2025. We are proud to honor staff reaching remarkable service milestones—ranging from 5 to 40 years—with The Arc Westchester.
