RESIDENTIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR

Description:
- The Residential Services Director oversees the delivery of services to individuals living in assigned residences and assist with ongoing operations of the Residential Department. Ensures the delivery of person-centered residential services. Ensures that services are provided and documented as per government regulations, laws and agency policy, and that billing requirements are met. Supervises Program Directors, Clinical Team Leaders and Community Living Coordinators. Be available 24/7 for emergency situations and incident management. Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Public or Health
Requirements:
- Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Public or Health Administration or a related human services field plus at least 3 years of related supervisory or management experience and at least 2 years of clinical experience. OR a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, with at least 10 years of management experience in residential services for individuals with developmental disabilities with significant administrative experience overseeing multiple residential programs.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities and the delivery of person centered residential, habilitation and healthcare services. Ability to effectively communicate professionally, supervise, mentor and train staff; as well as effectively prioritize, delegate and complete multiple assignments in a timely manner.Salary/Pay:
- $49.45/hr
