We are offering a Sign-On Bonus if hired as DSP

The Arc Westchester is looking for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to work in Westchester County. Full-time/Part-time positions are available.

Receive $2,000 Sign On Bonus if hired as a FT/PT DSP in our Residential Services Department

Residential DSP Job Responsibilities:
Duties include assisting individuals with their leisure time, health care, safety, and self-care needs in residential settings and in the community.

Job Requirements are:

• High School Diploma/GED or CNA/HHA Certification (can be expired) or at 2 years of related experience (for residential DSP only).
• Valid NYS Drivers License for a minimum of two years.

Positions include:

• Direct Support Professional
• Assistant Residence Manager
• Family Teaching Professional
• Community Living Professional
• Shift Supervisor
