ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT EARLY INTERVENTION COORDINATOR
Description
The Admin Assistant/Early Intervention (EI) Coordinator will have direct contact with CSED Early Intervention staff, families, and the Westchester Department of Health via mail, phone and email to maintain effective and regular communication to sustain a positive and cordial ongoing collaborative relationship between these entities and the CSED program.
Responsibilities include:
Ensuring compliance between all applicable student records and the NYS Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI) and the Westchester County Department of Health (DOH) standards as well as in keeping with program specific practices. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on monthly billing on the EI Hub System and The Arc Westchester’s Accounting Department. Also serves as the primary contact and liaison between CSED’s EI providers and The Arc Westchester’s Accounting Department.
Requirements:
Requires High School Diploma/GED, some college preferred. Valid NYS driver’s license. Three (3) years of related experience working in an office; prior office work related to an education setting/early intervention preferred. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and database management. Working knowledge of NYSED Portal System and EI Hub. Great organizational and communication
skills.
Salary/Pay
$20/per hour
