Job Location: Peekskill

Description:

• Develop, coordinate and implement consumer habilitation plans in accordance with their Individual Service Plan or Comprehensive Functional Assessment.  Overall supervision of assigned staff including ensuring all required documentation is accurate and completed in a timely fashion. Assure maintenance of health and safety standards within facility including adequate staff coverage and physical plant and has the responsibility of transporting consumers to and from program on an ongoing substitute basis.

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited program in a related field.
• Minimum one-year experience with DD population.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Salary/Pay:

• $23.78/hr
