COMMUNITY HABILITATION INSTRUCTOR/ Primary Driver
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community/ in house programming in accordance with the Individual’s needs, preferences and desires, as per their Individual Service and Habilitation Plan.
- Has the responsibility of transporting consumers to and from program on a primary basis.
Requirements:
- Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field, a valid NYS Driver’s License for at least 2 years, experience with IDD preferred.
- Reliable, independent worker, have good communication skills and the ability to evaluate program needs and make recommendations.
Pay/Salary:
- $20.52/HR
