Our CEO Tibi Guzmàn will open the forum and provide information on our strategic initiatives and updates on the 2025-2026 NY State budget.

A panel of experts will then explore the importance of guardianship and supplemental needs trusts in securing a financial future for loved ones with developmental disabilities. As your child approaches adulthood, now is the time to plan. The discussion will cover different trust options, including NYSARC Trust Services, and compare the benefits of trusts versus ABLE accounts to help you make well-informed decisions for your loved one’s future.
