The Arc Westchester’s Employer Recognition Breakfast Returns!
The Arc Westchester is delighted to announce our return to hosting an in-person Employer Recognition Breakfast at The Westchester Marriott in Tarrytown on November 15th, 2024, marking our first event of this kind since April 2019.
For over 75 years, The Arc Westchester has been dedicated to integrating individuals with developmental disabilities, including those on the Autism Spectrum, into the vibrant business community of Westchester County. We strongly believe in the power of diversity—of talents, voices, skills, and personalities—to enhance workplaces. This belief is shared by over 150 companies who actively employ individuals we support.
As we eagerly prepare for this celebration, generous sponsorships will not only support the event, but also enable us to educated potential employers about our Career Services and the benefits to hiring individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

We are proud to say that The Arc Westchester has a 60% employment rate for individuals with I/DD who are seeking employment, compared to the 33% nationwide average.
