RESIDENCE MANAGER
Description:
- Supervise operation of the residential program and all direct care staff.
- Ensure the residents’ physical, social, medical, emotional, communication, safety, recreational, and independent living needs are addressed.
- Be available for crisis and emergency situations 24/7
Requirements:
- Requires bachelor’s degree with 1-year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or a HS Diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in residential setting working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A valid NYS driver’s license is required.
Salary/Pay:
$35.35/hr

ASSISTANT RESIDENCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
- Assist supervisors in overseeing all aspects of the residential program and all direct care staff. Ensures the residents’ physical, social, emotional, communication, safety, and independent living needs are properly addressed and all policies and regulations are adhered to in the residence.
Requirements:
- Requires HS Diploma, a valid NYS driver’s license, 1-year experience working in a residential setting, and good computer skills
Pay/Salary:
- $24.01 PER HR
