Coordinates all areas of recruitment for Direct Support Professionals (DSP’s) for the Residential Department, including but not limited to prescreening and interviewing applicants, employment verifications and references, background checks. Conducts and coordination of onboarding and required trainings.  Bachelor’s degree on a related field from a College or University preferred. Related 2 years of human resources experience required. Knowledge of Human Resources Policies, Regulations, and employment laws.
