Answers and distributes incoming telephone calls; serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately. Ensure security of the building by adequately monitoring all activity entering/exiting the building. Support program operations and billing by documenting and/or electronically entering participant arrival and departure. Complete clerical tasks as needed.


Requires High School Diploma/GED and good interpersonal skills. Experience with multiline phones preferred.
