Under the direction of the Community Day Services Director, supervise assigned daily operations of day habilitation sites. This includes maintaining program standards in accordance with OPWDD and Medicaid regulations and agency policy mission and philosophy.
Supervise Treatment Coordinators and other staff as assigned. Work effectively with individuals, families, department directors and other employees, as well as groups in the community.
Requires a valid NYS Driver’s License and a minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Excellent communication skills, ability to effectively supervise, mentor and train staff
