The Coordinator of Quality Outcomes & Mentoring is responsible for the implementation of quality outcomes initiatives for residential systems and practices with focus on the hiring, training, and mentoring residential Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Per Diem DSPs. This includes implementation of the NEXT for DSP model utilizing DSP Mentors (DSP Success Coach Level I) and the supervision of DSP Success Coaches Level II. Duties include interviewing, evaluating, and training of DSPs as well as managing the Per Diem DSP Program.
The Coordinator of Quality Outcomes & Mentoring supervises the DSP Per Diem Coordinators and DSP Success Coaches Level I and Level II. Requires a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Special Education, Public or Health Administration or a related Human Services field with at least 3 years of related experience; or Bachelors Degree in a related Human Services field and at least 5 years of professional experience in residential services for people with developmental disabilities preferred; or at least 10 years of professional experience in residential services for people with developmental disabilities. Ability to effectively supervise, mentor and train staff.
