Responsibilities:

• For assigned residences, the Community Living Coordinator coordinates and supervises the delivery of residential services to individuals and ensures compliance to agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising assigned Residence Managers and facility staff performing QIDP responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field including Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Rehabilitation Counseling or Special Education. Requires at least one-year experience working with persons with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to effectively supervise and train residential staff, strong communication skills.
• Significant knowledge of intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and the delivery of person centered, habilitation and health care services to individuals of varying ages with developmental disabilities.

Pay/Salary:

• $27.35/hr – $37.08/hr
